How to get the best bang for your buck on your vacation - Motel Room Vs. Fairway Villa Suite

How to get the best bang for your buck on your vacation -
Motel Room Vs. Fairway Villa Suite

For those who are looking for an affordable option when it comes to accommodations there are several options to choose from at Dogwood Hills Golf Resort. So which one is better for you? A deluxe motel room or a Fairway Villa? There are a few different ways to compare the two based on your personal needs.

There are several factors that can determine which is the better option for you. How many people are traveling with you? How long will you be staying? Do you have children with you? A motel is limited on space and the amount of people that it can accommodate so if you have more than 3 -4 people with you then the amount of motel rooms that you require will increase. With a Villa you can opt for a 1, 2, 3 or 4  bedroom which will give you the space you need for several people. With a Villa you will also have a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and a gas BBQ Grill that allow you to cook your own meals which will save you money especially if you are there for an extended stay.

If you are traveling alone or just as a couple, a motel room would probably fit your needs because you don’t require that much space and it wouldn’t be too costly to eat out.  Another aspect of renting separate motel rooms would be the advantage of a private room and patio surrounding the pool and hot tub.  However, with a family or a large group purchasing several motel rooms for 4 or 5 nights could add up quickly along with paying for everyone each time you eat out. The Villa will allow you to have adequate amount of room and you will only pay for about the same cost of one motel room per night.

If you’re still unsure which accommodations are right for you, just give our experienced staff a call toll free and we’ll help you with your decision!  Be sure to sign up for our monthly newsletter on our website www.dogwoodhillsresort.com or “like” our facebook page at www.facebook.com/LakeLodgingAndGolf for more choices for your vacations and more value for your dollar!
